Effective March 1, 2023. PowerON shall become a participating employer under The College of Applied Arts and Technology Pension Plan, Registration #0589895 (the Plan). [Type here] On and after the Effective Date, employees shall contribute to the Plan at 3% or 6% of their pensionable earnings and the Company shall match the contribution in respect of each participating employee. If an employee does not make an election on their level of pension contribution, the default option of 3% shall apply. Effective July 1, 2023, employees shall contribute to the Plan 3%, 6% or 9% of their pensionable earnings and the Company shall match the contribution in respect of each participating employee. In the event that such election is not made, the pension contribution rate in effect immediately prior to July 1, 2023 will continue. New employees hired after July 1, 2023 shall upon Plan enrolment or within sixty days thereafter, have a one-time option to elect to contribute 3% 6% or 9% of their pensionable earnings and the Company shall match the contribution in respect of each participating employee. In the event that such election is made after enrolment and prior to sixty days thereafter, the elected contribution rate shall come into effect from the date upon which such election is received by PowerON Human Resources. If the new employee does not make an election on their level of pension contribution, the default option of 3% shall apply. Effective January 1, 2024, and each successive January 1 thereafter, employees may re-elect a different level of pension contribution (3%, 6% or 9% only) in accordance with the rules and timelines established for such election. Any employee wishing to change their level of pension contribution shall notify and indicate to PowerON Human Resources the new level of contribution no later than October 31st. Such change in contribution level will take effect January 1st of the following calendar year and PowerON will match the new percentage selected. If no such election is made, the pension contribution rate in effect immediately prior to the applicable January 1 will continue. Notwithstanding the above, if an employee enrolls in in the Plan on or after September 1 of a given year, or such other date as determined by CAAT from time to time, such employee shall not be entitled to re-elect his or her level of pension contribution as of the immediately following January 1.   • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Payment Terms DXC agrees to pay Supplier the undisputed amount of an invoice within ninety (90) days after the receipt of a valid, complete and properly documented invoice. Any prompt payment discount will be calculated from the date a conforming invoice is received by DXC. Payment will be in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated. Payment will not constitute acceptance of Products and/or Services or impair DXC’s right to inspect. Acceptance shall be when DXC deems the Products and/or Services to meet its specified criteria (“Acceptance”). DXC, at its option, and without prior notice to Supplier, shall have the right to set off or deduct from any Supplier’s invoice, any credits, refunds or claims of any kind due DXC.

  • Term of Agreement This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until the tenth (10th) anniversary of Bank Closing; provided, that the provisions of Section 6.3 and 6.4 shall survive the expiration of the term of this Agreement; and provided further, that the receivership of the Failed Bank may be terminated prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, and in such event, the guaranty of the Corporation, as provided in and in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.7 shall be in effect for the remainder of the term of this Agreement. Expiration of the term of this Agreement shall not affect any claim or liability of any party with respect to any (i) amount which is owing at the time of such expiration, regardless of when such amount becomes payable, and (ii) breach of this Agreement occurring prior to such expiration, regardless of when such breach is discovered.
