Scope of Services definition

Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means section 3.0 of this Solicitation, which details the Work to be performed by the Contractor or consultant.

Scope of Services means the Professional Services as set out in Section 2.2 below.

• The goods and/or services to be provided by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement are described in more detail in Attachment “A” to this Agreement: Scope of Services.

• City shall have the right at any time during the performance of the services, without invalidating this Agreement, to order extra work beyond that specified in the Scope of Services or make changes by altering, adding to, or deducting from said work.

• A Work Order Amendment shall mean a written amendment to the Work Order, executed by the CONSULTANT and the CITY, issued after execution of a Work Order, authorizing and directing a change in the Scope of Services or an adjustment in the Contract Price or the Contract Time, or any combination thereof.

• The CONSULTANT shall deliver to the CITY all documents requested by the CITY evidencing payments to any and all subconsultants, and all final specifications, plans, or other documents as dictated in the Scope of Services and Deliverable.

• It is expressly understood by Consultant that the provisions of this Section 1.2 shall not apply to services specifically set forth in the Scope of Services or reasonably contemplated therein.

More Definitions of Scope of Services

Scope of Services means the statement set out in the Contract or Official Order specifying and describing the Services.

Scope of Services. Such professional services as are set forth in Consultant’s proposal to City attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference.
