Common use of EFFECTIVE PERIOD AND RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE PERIOD AND RENEWAL. L4.1 This Agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2014 and shall continue in full force up to and including August 31, 2017 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one (1) year unless either Party notifies the other, in writing, within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date that it desires to negotiate with a view to renewal, with or without modification, of this Agreement. If notice is given, the Parties shall meet within fifteen (15) days from giving of notice or as otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.
