Common use of Effective Term Clause in Contracts

Effective Term. 1. The term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with the research period of the Collaborative Research. 2. The provisions of Article 21, Article 22, Article 28, and Article 29 shall survive the expiration of this Agreement.

If any of such surviving provisions contains a requirement of the consent of the Research Promotion Committee, after the expiration of the effective term of this Agreement, the consent of the Research Promotion Committee shall be replaced by an agreement of [all the Parties] / [two-thirds or more of the Parties] / [a majority of the Parties].
