Effectiveness of Addendum. This Noncompete Addendum shall have no force or effect unless a copy hereof is executed by Executive and delivered to WCI within the time period provided in the Agreement. Upon execution by Executive of a copy of this Noncompete Addendum and delivery hereof to WCI within the time period provide in the Agreement, this Noncompete Addendum shall become a part of the Agreement, and the Agreement and this Noncompete Addendum shall be considered as one and the same document.
