EFFECTIVENESS OF ELECTRONIC AND FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. Signatures on communications may be transmitted by facsimile, electronic mail or other digital transmission only with the consent of Administrative Agent in its sole discretion in each instance. The effectiveness of any such signatures accepted by Administrative Agent shall, subject to applicable Law, have the same force and effect as manual signatures and shall be binding on all Borrower Parties and Administrative Agent and Lenders. Administrative Agent may also require that any such signature be confirmed by a manually-signed hardcopy thereof.
