Digital Transmission definition

Digital Transmission means an instruction, message, file or other communication which is transmitted in electronic form, using the Service, and which is signed with a Digital Signature and which includes a Certificate;
Digital Transmission means an electronic message in digital form sent within the IdenTrust System containing data, which a customer, a Participant, or IdenTrust Authenticates with a Digital Signature;
Digital Transmission means the transmission of information in an electronic format.
