Effectiveness of Fourth Amendment. This Fourth Amendment shall become effective on the date (the “Fourth Amendment Date”) when all conditions set forth in Annex I hereto have been met.
Effectiveness of Fourth Amendment. This Fourth Amendment shall become effective upon its execution and delivery by the Company, the Lenders and the Agent and satisfaction of the following conditions:

Landlord and Tenant expressly acknowledge and agree that this Fourth Amendment shall be effective as of the date (the “Effective Date”) that Landlord and Tenant execute and deliver this Fourth Amendment and Tenant has delivered the Letter of Credit (as defined below) to Landlord.
Effectiveness of Fourth Amendment. This Fourth Amendment shall become effective on November 1, 2002 (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date"), provided that the Agent has received each of the items specified below on or before such date:
