Effectiveness of License. Upon the exercise by Biogen Idec of the Option in accordance with this Article II, the provisions set forth in Article I and Articles III—XVI of this Agreement shall constitute the terms and conditions of the license and sublicense rights granted by AVEO to Biogen Idec with respect to the AVEO Technology in the Field, and by Biogen Idec to AVEO with respect to Biogen Idec Collaboration Technology, related to all Licensed Products in the Field. During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the expiration of the Option Exercise Period, AVEO will not grant a license or other rights to any Third Party or take any other action that would prevent AVEO from being able to grant to Biogen Idec the license set forth in Section 3.1. In the event Biogen Idec does not exercise the Option during the Option Exercise Period, the licenses and other rights granted under Articles III shall have no force or effect.
Effectiveness of License. Commencing on the Option Exercise Date with respect to each Licensed Compound, the provisions set forth in Article I and Articles III - XIII of this Agreement will constitute the terms and conditions of the license granted by Rib-X to Sanofi with respect to Licensed Products based on such Licensed Compound in the Field.
Effectiveness of License. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Article 2, the grant to NOVACEA of the license and rights contemplated in this Agreement, shall be of no force and effect until the Effective Date.
Effectiveness of License. After the execution of this Agreement by and Between the Licensor and JVC, this Agreement shall be effective by and between the Licensor and JVC.
Effectiveness of License. This License will be effective and enforceable against the parties as of the Effective Date.
Effectiveness of License. Immediately upon receipt of the signed Notice and fully executed License by Novavax, the License Agreement shall become immediately and automatically effective as of such date.
Effectiveness of License. After the execution of this Agreement by and between the Licensor and IGC, this Agreement shall be effective by and between the Licensor and IGC.

Effectiveness of License. After the execution of this Agreement by and Between the Licensor and NEW ERA, this Agreement shall be effective by and between the Licensor and NEW ERA.
Effectiveness of License. If the Awardee has made or is deemed to have made the election specified in (iii) above, the Interruption License shall be effective upon such election (or deemed election) (such date, the “Interruption License Effective Date”).
