Effectiveness of the Arrangement. The steps of the Arrangement set forth in Article 3 hereof shall occur on the Effective Date effective upon the acceptance for filing of the Articles of Arrangement by the Registrar in the order in which such steps appear in this Plan of Arrangement and without any further act or formality.
