  • Energy Efficiency The contractor shall comply with all mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (Pub.L. 94-163) for the State in which the work under this contract is performed.

  • Performance Monitoring A. Performance Monitoring of Subrecipient by County, State of California and/or HUD shall consist of requested and/or required written reporting, as well as onsite monitoring by County, State of California or HUD representatives.

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. This program can reduce processing time by 2-3 business days in that disbursements are completed electronically to your vendor's bank account. The vendor may apply for EFT through our web site's CFO Page (referenced above) which provides the link to Ohio Shared Services. Questions should be directed to them at 877/644-6771. We will not make a disbursement to any vendor unless we have received and authorized a Request to Proceed.   • Staff-to-Youth Ratio Requirement For all group activities the AGENCY shall abide by the staff-to-youth ratio range that is between the ratio established by its written policy and procedures and the ratio stated in Section 402.305(4), Florida Statutes. If the staff-to-youth ratio does not meet the minimum standard of care as stated in Section 402.305 (4), Florida Statutes, the AGENCY shall increase staff- to-youth ratios to meet these minimum standards. Section 402.305(4), Florida Statutes, states the minimum staff-to-youth ratio for on-site group activities for children five (5) years of age or older there must be one (1) childcare personnel staff to every twenty-five (25) children; for field trips and other off-site activities, Chapter 65C-22.001, Florida Administrative Code, requires one (1) extra adult, in addition to the on-site requirement. This standard shall be required for all programming paid for with funds under this Contract. The AGENCY will ensure that the staffing pattern is adequate and is adjusted to meet programmatic needs. The AGENCY shall adjust its staffing ratio to meet any ratio update required by Florida Statutes that occurs during the Contract year.

  • PERFORMANCE ISSUES The County will hold the Contractor responsible for meeting all of the Contractor’s contractual obligations. If performance issues arise that cannot be resolved between the Contractor and the County's Representative, the matter will be referred to the Procurement Division for appropriate action.

  • ENERGY POLICY AND CONSERVATION ACT COMPLIANCE To the extent applicable, Supplier must comply with the mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
