Common use of Effluent Pipeline System Clause in Contracts

Effluent Pipeline System. The Effluent Pipeline system is an underground sewage effluent conveyance pipeline system to convey sewage effluent from the Phoenix 91st Avenue and City of Xxxxxxxx water treatment plants to the water reclamation facility at the site of the Plant, and includes (a) approximately 28.5 miles of 114- and 96-inch diameter pipe operating by gravity flow from the 91st Avenue and Tolleson interfaces to the Hassayampa Pumping Station, (b) the Hassayampa Pumping Station, and (c) approximately 8 miles of 66-inch diameter pipe from the Hassayampa Pumping Station to the water reclamation facility.
