Common use of Either TEBA or Association Clause in Contracts

Either TEBA or Association. may initiate a grievance by serving a written notice of a difference as follows: a) In the case of a grievance by the Association, by serving the notice to the Chair of the Board of Directors of TEBA. b) In the case of a grievance by ▇▇▇▇, by serving the notice to the Coordinator of Teacher Welfare of the Association.
