Other Leaves. Other short-term leaves may be granted at the discretion of the Chancellor. The Chancellor’s decision to approve or deny the request shall be final.
Other Leaves. The parties agree that employees covered by this Memorandum of Understanding are subject to other County authorized leave provisions including but not limited to: military leave, disaster leave, leave for civil service examinations and leave for school or child day care program activities. Specific leave information is available in the Appendix.
Other Leaves. Other leaves, including but not limited to parental leave, family leave, sick leave, leave for service to government agencies, and leave to attend professional meetings may be granted with or without pay at the University’s sole discretion; or if required by applicable law.
Other Leaves. A teacher is entitled to temporary leave of absence with pay and such leave is deemed to be authorized leave of absence of the School Division pursuant to Education Act where such teacher is absent:

Other Leaves. A. Pre-induction Leave Any member ordered for pre-induction physical shall be given time with pay for such purpose by showing his orders to his supervisor. Time taken for periodic physicals for retaining reserve status is not paid for.
Other Leaves. Covered employees are entitled to the following leaves to the same extent and under the same terms and conditions that the Foundation provides such leaves to non-unionized, non-managerial employees:
1. Paid Leave:
a. Death in Immediate Family/Bereavement Leave b. Court Attendance under Subpoena c. Health Department Quarantine
Other Leaves. The Board may grant any other teachers' request for unpaid leave of absence showing good cause, however, the Board reserves the right on these occasions to allow or deny automatic longevity advancement on the salary schedule.
