Election Challenges. Unfair election practices or challenges made to the conduct of an election which are not resolved by the State conciliation service during the course of the election shall be filed with the Court. Such challenges or unfair election practice charges shall be heard in accordance with the hearings provisions of the employer-Employee Relations Policy.
