ELECTION OF DE MINIMIS INDIRECT RATE. The State has elected to use the de minimis indirect cost rate of 10% of modified total direct costs (MTDC) as allowed under 2 CFR 200.414 (f). This rate must be used consistently for all Federal awards until such time as the State chooses to negotiate for a rate, which they may apply to do at any time. If a new rate is negotiated and utilized the de minimis rate can no longer be utilized.
