Medical Plan definition

Medical Plan means each of the Benefit Plans that provides dental, health, hospitalization, life, medical, prescription, surgical, or vision benefits, care, coverage, or insurance, or any similar benefits, care, coverage, or insurance.

Medical Plan when immediately preceded by “IAC,” means the Benefit Plan under which medical benefits are provided to IAC Employees established and maintained by IAC. Medical Plan means an OPM-contracted FEHB health benefits plan or a health benefits plan offered by an appropriate SHOP as determined by the Director pursuant to section 1312(d)(3)(D) of the Affordable Care Act [42 USC 18032(d)(3)(D)].
