Electrical connection. 12.1. The Developer shall deliver to the Purchaser, at the expense of the Developer, a Section 31 certificate of electrical compliance and electrical connection, such certificate to be delivered to the Purchaser on the Transfer date. 12.2. The Purchaser shall arrange for the connection of electricity directly from Drakenstein Municipality.
