Electrical Equipment. Tenant shall not, without prior written notice to Landlord in each instance (i) connect to the Building electric distribution system anything other than normal office equipment or (ii) operate such equipment on a regular basis beyond normal Building operating hours. Tenant's use of electrical energy in the Premises shall not at any time exceed the capacity of any of the electrical conductors or equipment in or otherwise serving the Premises. Tenant shall not, without prior written notice to Landlord in each instance, connect to the Building electric distribution system any fixtures, appliances or equipment which operate on a voltage in excess of 120 volts nominal or make any alteration or addition to the electric system of the Premises.
