Technical Provisions. The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, supplies, manpower and pay disposal fees, to complete the work specified in this contract. As stated, the work performed will consist of mowing (roadside and slope/ditch mowing, litter and grass clipping removal, edging, herbicide treatment, brush control), fertilization of turf and additional litter removal.
Technical Provisions. This Section provides for the physical connection of Carrier's and Telco's networks within the State for the transmission and routing of Telco to Carrier Paging Authorized Services traffic consistent with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 51.305. Telco and Carrier will physically connect their networks and exchange traffic originating from Telco’s End Users and terminating to Carrier’s End Users over their networks in connection with Xxxxxxx's Paging Authorized Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

This Section provides for the physical connection of Carrier's and Telco's networks within the State for the transmission and routing of Telco to Carrier and Carrier to Telco Authorized Services traffic consistent with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 51.305. Telco and Carrier will physically connect their networks and exchange traffic originating from or terminating to the other Party's Customers over their networks in connection with Xxxxxxx's Authorized Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Carrier shall deliver all Interconnection traffic destined to terminate on Telco's network through Interconnection Trunks obtained pursuant to this Agreement. This Agreement is not intended to allow for the exchange of Paging Traffic between the Parties' respective networks. If the Parties have Paging Traffic to exchange, a separate interconnection agreement must be negotiated to address that traffic.

This Section provides for the physical connection of Carrier’s andAT&T-22STATE’s networks, within the State, for the transmission and routing of Authorized Services traffic, consistent with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 51.305 fromAT&T-22STATE to Carrier. AT&T-22STATE and Xxxxxxx will physicallyconnect their networks and exchange Authorized Services traffic originating fromAT&T-22STATE’s End Users and terminating to Carrier’s End Users in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Technical Provisions. The Transportation Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Throughout the Term, Developer shall carry out all construction, maintenance, repair and operational activities, including Incident and Emergency response and Rehabilitation Work in accordance with the approved Transportation Management Plan.

As stated, the work will consist of Landscape Maintenance including mowing (inclusive of roadside and slope mowing, litter and grass clippings removal, edging, herbicide treatment, brush control), fertilization of turf, additional litter removal, tree and plant replacement, maintenance of planted beds (including mulching and fertilization), maintenance and trees (including mulching and fertilization), removal of dead or fallen trees, straightening of established trees, inlet opening cleaning, and sodding.
Technical Provisions. 5.1. Vehicles shall, depending on the vehicle designation, comply with the following provisions as assigned in the table below. 3/ For the purpose of this Regulation, MEMU vehicles shall comply with the requirements applicable to EX/III vehicles. Vehicles approved as being in compliance with the requirements applicable to EX/III under this Regulation, as amended by the 04 series of amendments, shall be deemed to comply with the requirements applicable to MEMU vehicles.

This section provides for the physical connection of the Facilities and equipment of Carrier and Pacific's networks within the State of California for the transmission and routing of land to mobile and mobile to land Exchange Services and Switched Access Services consistent with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. Part 51, § 51.305. Pacific and Carrier will physically connect their Facilities and exchange traffic originating from or terminating to Carrier's Customers over Xxxxxxx's network in connection with Xxxxxxx's Authorized Services in accordance with the service, operating, and Facility arrangements set forth hereinafter.
2.1.1. CMRS Interconnection shall be available at the trunk side of a Pacific End Office Switch via Type 2B or Type 1 CMRS Interconnection; and at the trunk connection points for a Pacific Tandem Switch via Type 2A CMRS Interconnection. CMRS Interconnection shall also be provided at other technically feasible points in Pacific's network at the request of Carrier and subject to the negotiation of acceptable provisioning arrangements and compensation arrangements that will ensure the recovery of Pacific's costs of providing such Interconnection. The Parties will attach or incorporate as amendments to this Agreement technical descriptions, and if required, descriptions of associated compensation arrangements to cover any such additional interconnection. CMRS Interconnection with Pacific’s Operator Assistance and 411 Directory Assistance shall be available at Pacific’s End Office Switches via Type 1 CMRS Interconnection, and with NPA 555-1212 Directory Assistance shall be available at Pacific’s Tandem Switches via Type 2A CMRS Interconnection.
2.1.2. Interconnection shall be provided at a level of quality equal to that which such Party provides to itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other Telecommunications Carrier.
