Common use of Electrical & Instrumentation equipment and appliances Clause in Contracts

Electrical & Instrumentation equipment and appliances. Any electrical/Instrumentation equipment or appliances used by the Contractor conforms to the applicable South African Safety Standards and is maintained in safe and proper working condition. The Service Manager has the right to stop the Contractor's use of any electrical/instrumentation equipment or appliance that in the Service Manager's opinion does not conform to the foregoing. The Contractor only employs skilled persons, certified in terms of the relevant acts.
