Records of Contractor’s Equipment. The Contractor will at all times keep record of his equipment on site with relevant inspections carried out. Inspection reports should be accessible by the Service Manager at any given time when he deems necessary. All equipment or tools signed in by the Contractor should strictly adhere to the gate access rules and procedures. All Equipment including hired should be inspected and approved before accepted on site. The Contractor will keep records of all hired Equipment to execute the Service Information
Records of Contractor’s Equipment. This sub-paragraph is intended to address how records are to be kept of Equipment on Site including whether it is owned or hired. Include any constraints about scaffolding, rigs, heavy lifts and cranes, including removal from the Affected Property.
Records of Contractor’s Equipment. Prior to starting work on the Affected Site, the Contractor will compile a list of his equipment, either owned or hired, which will be used for the execution of this contract. It should include the make, type, year of manufacture, colour and function or use. This list will be signed off by the Contractor and the Service Manager. Any electrical equipment or appliances used by the Contractor must comply with all relevant safety regulations and requirements and be maintained in safe and proper working condition. The Employer has the right to stop the Contractor's use of any electrical equipment or appliance, which in the Employer’s opinion does not conform to the foregoing.
Records of Contractor’s Equipment. Contractor’s equipment (Cell phones with Camera’s, Computers, Camera’s etc.) to be declared and signed in at security. All equipment and tools needs to be marked and a list off all tools with the identification number to be provided to the Service Manager when entering site. All lost equipment and tools to be declared to the Service Manager and full details of incident. All Machinery and equipment provided by the Contractor must comply to all relevant standards and regulations

The Contractor will keep records of all hired Equipment to execute the Service Information It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide his Equipment list to the Service Manager with all calibration certificates etc. The Employer provides Equipment as stated in the Service Information, anything not stated in the Service Information the Contractor have to provide and already accounted for in the Price List.
Records of Contractor’s Equipment. The Contractor is responsible for replacement and replenishment of equipment and vehicle. Asset registers of such equipment shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be audited by the Employer from time to time.
Records of Contractor’s Equipment. The Contractor keeps records of all equipment on site which the Employer has access to at any time in order to access compensation events for the period of this contract.
Records of Contractor’s Equipment. The Contractor’s Supervisor should keep record of all the equipment used by the Contractor. The Contractor is responsible for the safe keeping of all their equipment.
Records of Contractor’s Equipment. All equipment that is brought onto the site needs to be vetted by the Service Manager before using. This needs to be in writing and signed for. A monthly audit will be conducted on this equipment.
Records of Contractor’s Equipment. The Contractor shall issue a clear, detailed printed list of all their equipment and tools (with serial numbers, wherever possible) to the site Security officer for approval before the items are taken into site. The Contractor shall maintain the approved document with a revision number for any changes. Equipment brought on site not listed in the tool/equipment list cannot be removed from site. Equipment and vehicles left on site is done so at the Contractor’s own risk.
