Electrical Licensing Allowance Clause Samples
The Electrical Licensing Allowance clause establishes a provision for covering costs associated with obtaining necessary electrical licenses or permits. In practice, this clause specifies whether the contractor or the client is responsible for paying fees related to electrical licensing, and may set limits or conditions on reimbursement. Its core function is to clarify financial responsibility for regulatory compliance, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring that all required electrical work is properly authorized.
