Common use of Electrician Clause in Contracts

Electrician. i. Such employee assigned to work on a shift other than the day shift, as the case may be, shall receive a premium of 12% of his wage rate on the 2nd and 3rd shifts for every hour so worked, seven days a week (Sunday to Saturday), including statutory holidays. This premium shall be 15% as of May 1, 2016. ii. When such employee is assigned to heavy industry work on a shift other than the day shift, as the case may be, he receives, as of April 28, 2002, a premium of 15% of his wage rate on the 2nd and 3rd shifts for every hour so worked, seven days a week (Sunday to Saturday), including statutory holidays.
