Common use of Electricity and Water Clause in Contracts

Electricity and Water. 7.1.1 The Tenant shall pay for all electricity, water and sewerage consumed by him in or on the Premises. 7.1.2 Should the Landlord be required to pay any amount in respect of water, sewerage and electricity charges, the Tenant shall, on demand, immediately refund the amount in question to the Landlord. 7.1.3 The Tenant shall at his expense, replace where necessary all fluorescent bulbs, starters, globes, ballasts and incandescent bulbs used in the premises.
