Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards. AS REQUIRED BY TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, TITLE 1, PART 10, CHAPTER 213 A. Contractors not listed with the “Buy Accessible Wizard” or supplying a URL to their VPAT must provide the Department with a report that addresses the same accessibility criteria in substantively the same format.
