Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT). SERVICES The following terms and conditions govern Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Services provided by IMS to Merchant, regardless of whether Merchant applies to receive such services at the time of its initial application for electronic payment services, or thereafter.

  • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees.   • Electronic Storage The parties agree that the transaction described herein may be conducted and related documents may be stored by electronic means. Copies, telecopies, facsimiles, electronic files and other reproductions of original executed documents shall be deemed to be authentic and valid counterparts of such original documents for all purposes, including the filing of any claim, action or suit in the appropriate court of law.
