Common use of Electronic Data Capturing Clause in Contracts

Electronic Data Capturing. Institution and Investigator agree to use Electronic Data Capturing system (“EDC”) in accordance to any written specification and instructions provided by Idorsia. Institution and Investigator herewith confirm to have any and all infrastructure necessary for the use of EDC. Institution and Investigator shall ensure that such infrastructure is available throughout the duration of Study (i.e., until acceptance of the final Study report by Xxxxxxx). Institution and Investigator shall further ensure to have appropriate procedures and measures in place to control access to the physical and electronic resources used in connection with the EDC.
