Electronic Format and Data Standards. The Lead Agency will, to the extent practicable and consistent with federal law, ensure that all project data are submitted and maintained in electronic geospatial formats or other generally- accessible electronic forms (e.g., geographic information system data must include metadata descriptions meeting Federal Geographic Data Committee standards); will compile and make available the information assembled and utilized by the Cooperating Agencies; and as appropriate, provide public access to the data by maintaining on the agency website information and links to the information available from all Cooperating Agencies.
