ELECTRONIC PLAN DOCUMENTATION. ‌ The Consultant shall adhere to the current Department development standards and As-Built Policy (ENG10-1) on the ADOT website on the date the plans or data are submitted. It is the Consultant’s responsibility to provide all plans, specifications, surveys, and associated data in the Department’s acceptable electronic format through a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site; alternatively, two (2) copies of the electronic files shall be submitted on one or more CD- ROM/DVD. All project data shall be organized in the Department’s project directory structure (all files in one folder with no subfolders).
