Common use of Electronic Service Clause in Contracts

Electronic Service. i. The Customer agrees to use the Electronic Service offered by the Company in the future only in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Electronic Service annexed as Schedule I to this Agreement. ii. The Company may in its absolute discretion impose restrictions on the types of orders, and the range of prices for such orders, which can be placed through the Electronic Service. iii. The Customer agrees to pay, if it elects to use the Electronic Service, all subscription, service and user fees, if any, that the Company charges for the Electronic Service.
