Electronic Transfers Using Account Number and Routing Number. You may authorize a third party to transfer funds to (direct deposit) or from (preauthorized EFTs) your HMBradley Account by providing the third party with your account number and our routing number. These include transfers for: (1) employer payroll, government benefits or other direct deposits; (2) one-time or recurring charges to your account; and (3) “check conversion” transfers, where a merchant or other payee uses the information from your check to create an electronic funds transfer from your account. If you instruct us to send a funds transfer, such as a wire or ACH payment, we may rely on any bank number or account number you provide. If the funds transfer instruction gives both a bank number or account number and a name, and the name identifies a different person from the bank or accountholder identified by number, we may rely exclusively on the number to the extent permitted by applicable law or rule.

  • Electronic Fund Transfers Your Account allows you to withdraw funds up to the Available Balance or make deposits through Electronic Fund Transfers (“EFTs”). EFTs are transactions that are processed by electronic means and include, among others, ACH transfers, debit or ATM card transactions and direct deposits. This Section provides you with information and important disclosures and terms about the EFTs that are permitted on your Account. You may also receive additional services through Online Banking Services provided by the Program Partner, that allow you to initiate EFTs to and from your Account that are not described in this Agreement. You will be provided separate agreements and disclosures applicable to those services by the Program Partner.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement If you want to reverse an electronic re-presented check, you must give us an affidavit within 15 days after we send or make available to you the periodic statement that reflects payment of that electronic re-presented check. In your affidavit, you must declare and swear under oath that the electronic re-presented check was ineligible or unauthorized. If we receive a proper notice or affidavit from you within the 15-day period, we will recredit your account with the amount of the charge. If you wish to stop payment on any electronic re-presented check, you must follow the procedures contained in this Agreement for stopping payment of checks, not the procedures for stopping payment on electronic loan or xxxx payments. If you ask us to request the depositor’s bank to send us the original paper check or a copy of the paper check, and we provide it to you, you agree that you will not seek to have your account recredited due to a prior stop payment order or if the item is otherwise ineligible for collection.

  • Electronic Funds Transfers By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

  • ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT The recipient/cooperator shall designate a financial institution or an authorized payment agent through which a federal payment may be made in accordance with US Treasury Regulations, Money and Finance at 00 XXX 000, which requires that federal payments are to be made by EFT to the maximum extent possible.
