Electronic Visit Verification ("EVV. (A) The Contractor shall collaborate with the Department to comply with the EVV requirements as contained in Section 12006 of the 21St Century Cures Act, and Section 1903(l) of the Social Security Act (SSA). (1) The Department shall conduct the EVV claim reviews to validate that the EVV occurred. (2) The Contractor shall submit Encounter Data to the Department as specified in Article 12.3.
