Element 2. Key Personnel The following definitions apply: A “contingent hire” is an individual who has committed, under a signed letter of intent, inclusive of salary information, to being employed by the Offeror if the Offeror is awarded the contract. A contingent hire already has an offer accepted contingent on award. A “prospective” employee has not accepted an offer contingent on award. For all proposed Key Personnel, the Offeror shall provide a resume of the work assignments, training, etc., that demonstrates the key employee’s experience and specialized qualifications of each individual proposed. The number of resumes required for submission with an offeror's proposal is one (1) resume for each of the Key Labor Categories. Each resume shall contain, at a minimum, the following information: • Employee nameYears of employment experience in chronological order with corresponding beginning and ending dates including narrative description of duties and responsibilities. • Current position, title, employer, corresponding beginning date (month and year), security clearance level, and letter of intent of employment. • Educational history to include: institution name, degree, or certification earned to include the major or concentration, and year for all degrees or certifications earned. The Government may check educational background to verify degrees or certifications received. Key personnel shall be either current employees or contingent hires. Offerors shall not propose a prospective employee for a key labor category. Key Personnel Update Requirement- Offerors are obligated to advise the Government of changes in proposed key personnel staffing within 3 business days after learning of the change, even after submission of proposals. Pursuant to this requirement, following such notification to the Government, Offerors may update pricing and technical proposals only when the Government elects to establish a competitive range and conduct discussions with Offerors. All contingent hires shall have a signed Letter of Intent submitted as Annex 2 to this volume. Salary information shall be redacted.

Element 2. Repair and Maintenance Through this element, the initiative will support the refurbishment of existing social housing dwellings that are not currently suitable for occupation so that they can add to the social housing stock in each jurisdiction. The repairs and maintenance will all be started in 2009. C15. Element 1 – New Construction (Stage 1) States will be provided with an indicative funding allocation for this Stage and will be required to provide the Commonwealth with proposals for funding by 15 March 2009. The Commonwealth will assess the proposals against the key requirements of the initiative and subject to proposals meeting the key requirements, jurisdictions will receive approvals by 1 April 2009.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF WORKS Amend Sub-Clause 41.1 as follows: Delete the words “as soon as is reasonably possible” in the first sentence and replace with “within the period stated in the Appendix to Bid”.

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Substance Abuse Testing The Parties agree that it is in the best interest of all concerned to promote a safe working environment. The Union has no objection to pre-employment substance abuse testing when required by the Employer and further, the Union has no objection to voluntary substance abuse testing to qualify for employment on projects when required by a project owner. The cost and scheduling of such testing shall be paid for and arranged by the Employer. The Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for any failed pre-access Alcohol and Drug test costs.
