Eligibility and Prerequisites. 21.02.01 Any teacher who is teaching full-time may participate in the Shared Leave Plan. 21.02.02 A teacher entering into Shared Leave must work not less than fifty (50) percent of the school year. 21.02.03 The Shared Leave Plan may be on a daily, cycle, semester or term basis.
