Eligibility and Selection of Participants. 1. Only certificated staff who have four or more years of successful performance in SJISD are eligible to participate in the Professional Growth Plan Short Form process. 2. Eligible teachers may request the regular evaluation process. 3. Supervisors may place employees back on the regular evaluation process at any time.
