The Zelle Service may include functionality for you to add a unique alpha-numeric identifier to your registered User profile to be used in lieu of your phone number or email address when sending or receiving money, which will be your “Zelle tag.” You will be limited to one Zelle tag per bank account, and each Zelle tag must have one U.S. mobile phone number or email address associated with it. Your Zelle tag must meet the Content Standards. You may not select a Zelle tag that misleads or deceives other Users of the Zelle Service as to your identity, or otherwise. Although neither we nor Zelle have any obligation to monitor User Zelle tags, both we and Xxxxx have absolute discretion to remove a User Zelle tag at any time and for any reason without notice. We and Zelle may require you to change your Zelle tag in our sole discretion, and we may elect to make a Zelle tag unavailable to you, without any liability to you. (d) We reserve the right send or receive money related to amend or cancel any of the provisions of this Agreementfollowing: Any activity that is illegal under federal or applicable state law (e.g., including changes to any feesdrugs, costsgambling, counterfeit goods); Firearms, ammunition and other weapons; Sexual activities or materials; Pornography; Materials that promote intolerance, violence or hate; Ponzi schemes; Traveler's checks, money orders, equities, annuities, or assessmentscurrencies; Digital currencies such as bitcoins; Terrorist funding; Fraud, for example: o Unauthorized Payments that occur in instances of account takeover, lost/stolen debit cards or account information, etc.; o Scams ‐ Recipient convinces a Sender to send money with Zelle by disclosing the change electronically(i). pretending to be or to represent another person or entity; or (ii). offering to provide a good, andservice, at our option, by sending you notification or additional funds while intending to provide nothing in addition theretoreturn. We will provide notice thirty (30) days in advance of any changes (or such lesser period as may be allowed by applicable law) unless an immediate change is necessary to maintain the security of the system. (c) The Agreement does not contain all terms which may apply . If we have reason to you; believe that you have used the Service for additional relevant informationany unlawful purpose, please review the eBanking Disclosure and Agreement and Deposit Account Terms and Conditions.
(d) We reserve the right to amend made excessive or cancel unexplainable transfers, violated any of the provisions parts of this Agreement, including changes or provided any incorrect information, we may take various actions to any protect Peoples National Bank, Zelle, Network Banks, another User, a third party, or you from reversals, chargebacks, claims, fees, costsfines, penalties and any other liability. The actions we may take include but are not limited to the following:
a. We may close, suspend or assessmentslimit your access to the Service;
b. We may contact Users or Network Xxxxx who have sent you money, by disclosing and warn other Users, Zelle, Network Banks, law enforcement or third parties of your actions;
c. We may update inaccurate information you provided us;
d. We may refuse you access to the change electronically, and, at our option, by sending you notification Service in addition thereto. the future; and/or
e. We will provide notice thirty (30) days in advance of any changes (or such lesser period as may be allowed by applicable law) unless an immediate change is necessary to maintain the security of the system. You may choose to accept or decline amendments, cancellations or changes by continuing or discontinuing the Zelle Transfer Service to which these changes relate, at your option. Your continued use of the Zelle Transfer Service will signify your acceptance of any and all changes to this Agreement. We also reserve the option, in our sole judgment, to waive, reduce or reverse charges or fees in individual situationstake legal action against you.

You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content posted or transmitted by other Users that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Neither FSB nor Zelle® is responsible, and assumes no liability, for any content, including any loss or damage to any of your content. Neither FSB nor Zelle® makes any representation or warranty that content uploaded to a User profile accurately identifies a particular User of the Service. We may determine other eligibility criteria or content standards in our sole discretion. When you link an account to Online Banking, including changes the agreements that you already have with us do not change. When you use Online Banking services to access a credit account, you do so under the terms and conditions we provided to you in the agreement and disclosure for the credit account. You should review those agreements for any applicable fees, costslimitations on the number of transactions you can make, or assessments, by disclosing the change electronically, and, at our option, by sending you notification in addition thereto. Although neither we nor Xxxxx have any obligation to monitor any content, both we and Xxxxx have absolute discretion to remove content at any time and for any reason without notice. We and Zelle may also monitor such content to detect and prevent fraudulent activity or violations of the terms and conditions. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. We and Zelle are not responsible for, and assume no liability, for any content, including any loss or damage to any of your content. We and Zelle make no representation or warranty that Content uploaded to a User profile accurately identifies a particular User of the Service.

The Service may include functionality for you to add a unique alpha-numeric identifier to your enrolled User profile to be used in lieu of your phone number or email address when sending or receiving money, which will be your “Zelle tag.” You will be limited to one Zelle tag per bank account, and each Zelle tag must have one U.S. mobile phone number or email address associated with it. Your Zelle tag must meet the Content Standards. You may not select a Zelle tag that misleads or deceives other Users of the Service as to your identity, or otherwise. Although neither we nor Zelle have any obligation to monitor User Zelle tags, both we and Xxxxx have absolute discretion to remove a User Zelle tag at any time and for any reason without notice. We and Zelle may require you to change your Zelle tag in our sole discretion, and we may elect to make a Zelle tag unavailable to you, without any liability to you. We and Zelle may also monitor User Zelle tags to detect and prevent fraudulent activity or violations of the terms and conditions. Eligibility and User Profile. a. The Service is available to our consumer customers with an eligible deposit account (aAccount) currently enrolled in Mobile Banking. Account eligibility rules may differ if you are enrolling in Zelle through another Network Bank or on Zelle's separate transfer service website or mobile app. In order to receive fund transfers into your Account, that Account must be in good standing. In order to transfer funds out of your Account to another individual, you must have an available balance in that Account.
