Eligibility Criteria for Subprojects. No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for a Sub-financing unless the BDS Grants Manager, REA (or MOE until the establishment of REA), or ARB Apex Bank, as the case may be, has determined that the proposed Subproject satisfies the eligibility criteria set forth or referred to in the BDS Grants Manual, the RE Grants Manual or the Solar PV Financing Manual, as the case may be.
