Common use of Eligibility Criteria for Subprojects Clause in Contracts

Eligibility Criteria for Subprojects. No proposed Sub-project shall be eligible for financing under Part A.2 of the Project unless LACE shall have determined, on the basis of an appraisal conducted in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 7 (a) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the guidelines set forth in the Operation Manual, that the proposed Sub-project satisfies the eligibility criteria set forth in the Operation Manual, including, but not limited to, the following:
