Common use of Eligibility for appeal Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for appeal. a. Any person who receives a score lower than 2.5 on any strand of TDE plan may appeal their score by submitting their e-folio to the Joint EML – District Committee due to the possible non-qualification of such scores for ATPPS / Q-Comp funds. b. Any persons who receives a score lower than 2.0 on any strand of the TDE plan and that score is used to place the person in the Teacher Improvement Process (TIP) may appeal their score by submitting their e-folio to the Joint EML – District Committee. c. Any person who receives a score of lower than 2.0 for the purpose of vertical movement (step advancement) on the salary schedule per the ATPPS / Q-Comp plan shall automatically have their scores(s) appealed to the Joint EML – District Committee.
