Eligibility Opportunity for Xxxx Landing Power Plant Units. 1 and 2 The owner of Xxxx Landing Power Plant Units 1 and 2 is given the opportunity to connect to a PG&E Backbone Transmission line as defined in Rule 1. This connection would only be for service to these two xxxxxxxxxx units that went into operation in mid-2002.
