Eligibility to Grieve. A) A non-probationary bargaining unit member who is suspended or removed may grieve the discipline pursuant to Article 9. B) A probationary bargaining unit member who is suspended or removed may file a grievance, but the grievance may not be appealed beyond Step 3; this means grievances of this nature may not be submitted to arbitration.
