ELIGIBLE EXHIBITS AND ATTENDANCE. NESPA, in its sole discretion, determines whether a prospective exhibitor is eligible to participate in the Show. Eligibility is generally limited to persons or firms who manufacture, remanufacture, or supply products, tools, equipment, supplies or services used for the pool, spa and backyard industry. Applicants who have not previously exhibited at the Show may be Exhibitors who request cancellation of an assigned exhibit space during the 3. EXHIBITOR DISPLAYS. period November 2, 2019 through December 2, 2019 will receive a refund required to submit a description of the nature of their business and the items to be exhibited. NESPA reserves the right to restrict or remove any of the actual payments made, less a $500 cancellation fee. Exhibitors who request cancellation of an assigned exhibit space between December 2, 2019 and January 1, 2020 will receive a refund of the actual payments less the following cancellation fee based on the size of the contracted space. 100 sq. ft. – 400 sq. ft. - $1000 401 sq. ft. – 800 sq. ft. - $3000 801 + sq. ft. - $4000 Cancellation by exhibitor after January 1, 2020 exhibitor remains liable for 100% of booth space cost. Exhibitors who request cancellation of a portion of an assigned exhibit space will be subject to the same schedule and fees as noted above. Further, NESPA reserves the right to relocate a reduced size exhibit space if it deems that such relocation is necessary to maintain the integrity of the floor plan. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION AND HOTEL INFORMATION Exhibitor registration and hotel reservation information will be sent upon receipt at NESPA of 50% booth space deposit and completed Exhibitor Space Contract. EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL An Exhibitor Service Manual containing prices and order forms for drayage, labor, rental of furniture, carpet, etc. and special services available at the Convention Center will be available on our website (xxx.XxxXxxxXxxXxxx.xxx) to all confirmed Exhibitors in November 2019. EXHIBITOR PRIORITY POINTS Priority points are only applicable to Exhibitors who provide a signed Exhibitor Space Contract before September 9, 2016. Exhibitors who provide contracts after that date will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:

  • Exhibits and Schedules The exhibits and schedules attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement for the purposes stated herein.

  • Character of Exhibits The Exhibitor agrees to display only products or services sold in the regular course of business and as described in this contract. Each exhibit must comply with all applicable laws, codes and ordinances. Exhibits shall be dignified in character and, in the judgment of Show Management, not offensive to the general public. The Show Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject and/or remove any exhibit or portion of exhibit not in keeping with this rule or purpose of the show.

  • ATTACHMENTS AND EXHIBITS (a) All attachments to this Agreement are incorporated as if set out fully.

  • Appendices The appendices to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • LIST OF EXHIBITS List below all exhibits filed as part of this Statement of Eligibility and Qualification.

  • Definitions and Exhibits The following terms when used in this Agreement shall be defined as follows:

  • Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
