Exhibitor Registration. All Exhibitors and Exhibitor personnel must complete a registration form with PDAC in order to be granted access to the Convention. PDAC reserves the right to limit the number of Exhibitor personnel to four Representatives per one Booth. If additional Exhibitor staff registrations are needed, two additional staff badges can be purchased on an individual basis. Exhibitor will ensure that all of Exhibitor’s Representatives comply at all times with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

Exhibitors can access their Booth 24-hours a day during the Online Convention, and for one month afterward. All Booth staff must register with their own profiles to participate in the Convention. If additional Exhibitor staff registrations are needed, two additional staff badges can be purchased on an individual basis. Exhibitor will ensure that all of Exhibitor’s Representatives comply at all times with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. Any persons found to be using the Platform without having registered with PDAC will be immediately removed, and if such person is a Representative of the Exhibitor, PDAC may terminate these Terms & Conditions immediately and remove the Booth and the Exhibitor and its Representative’s access to the Platform and the Online Convention.
Exhibitor Registration. Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary registration package for each booth rental. Each package will include a badge for admission to the exhibit area and all technical sessions and a copy of the GOMACTech Digest of Technical Papers. All booth personnel must be U.S. citizens or immigrant aliens. The exhibit area will be restricted to U.S. citizens and immigrant aliens.

Exhibitor registration grants access to the Exhibit Hall and all educational sessions. Exhibitor registration badges must identify the exhibiting company. Exhibitors will be contacted with registration information before the convention.
Exhibitor Registration. IFTA may allocate Exhibition Space and/or modify or change an Exhibitor’s exhibition space location and/or configuration relative to the needs of the AFM as solely determined by IFTA. As a non-profit trade association representing producers and distributors of independent film and television, IFTA establishes its own positions on public policy and engages in advocacy in support thereof. To avoid confusion regarding IFTA’s public policy positions and/or with its trademarks and brands, it is the general policy of IFTA not to provide Exhibition Space to public policy advocacy organizations other than those endorsed and invited by IFTA to be present for the benefit of IFTA Members.
Exhibitor Registration. With each 100 square feet of booth purchased: 1 complimentary Tuesday-Friday Symposium registration plus choice of (pick one): 1 free registration for either the Sunday Short Courses, the Monday Seminars, the Wednesday Applications Tutorials, the Tuesday Investors Conference, or a $300 credit to the Monday Business Conference.

Exhibitor Registration. To prevent confusion and give us enough time to prepare name tags, please have all persons who are xxxxxxx your table to pre-register for the conference and pay by April 22, 2016 . Registration can be done online at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx. To lessen confusion on conference day & expedite the check-in procedure for attendees, conference exhibitors will check in at the Schewel Hall first floor lobby and choose an exhibitor space on Monday, June 6th between 3-6 pm. All exhibitors should be in place by 7:45 am on Tuesday, June7th for the opening of conference registration. If you are unable to check in on Monday, please email Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx at Xxxxxxx.xx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx by 5 pm on June 1, 2016 to make alternative arrangements. Spaces have been designated for sponsors and for those needing electrical outlets, so please do not setup in these areas unless you are a sponsor or have requested an electrical outlet. If you do, you will be asked to move your display.All other tables will be filled on a first-come, first served basis. Please do not leave items of value at your table overnight as the exhibit areas are not secure and the building will be open for classes without supervision. A locked room will be available in the exhibit area for you to store items you don’t want to leave out overnight. Lynchburg College cannot assume responsibility for anything that is lost or stolen. Lunch will be provided in the Drysdale Center Dining Room with other participants. Exhibits are located in the mainstream of the conference meeting rooms, break areas, and the registration area to maximize interactions with participants. In addition, Lynchburg College faculty, staff, students, & retirees will be invited to visit the exhibits after lunch while conference goers are in their post-lunch session.

Exhibitor Registration. Exhibitors may initiate booth construction after checking in at the show site registration desk. All exhibitors, employees, agents and other authorized representatives must register. No one will be permitted in Exhibit hall without an Exhibitor badge. Please wear Exhibitor badges at all times in the Exhibitor hall. Set up will be the day prior to the UQSM opening. Detailed information will be sent to all Exhibitors 45 days prior to the show.
