Common use of Eligible Expenses Incurred by Dependents Clause in Contracts

Eligible Expenses Incurred by Dependents. For purposes of this Section, Eligible Medical Expenses incurred by Dependents defined in Section 2.04(c) are eligible for reimbursement if incurred after March 30, 2010; Eligible Medical Expenses incurred by Dependents defined in Sections 2.04(a) and (b) are eligible for reimbursement if incurred either before or after March 30, 2010 (subject to the restrictions of Section 8.04(b)).
