Common use of Eligible Goods and Related Services Clause in Contracts

Eligible Goods and Related Services. a) For purposes of this Clause, the term “goods” includes commodities, raw material, machinery, equipment, and industrial plants; and “related services” includes services Rate Contract for Setting up of IT Fun City (Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery) at Jaipur such as AMC, insurance, transportation, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and initial maintenance.
