Common use of Eligible Partners Clause in Contracts

Eligible Partners. The word “partner” means an entity that enters into a partnership agreement with NRCS to carry out the CCPI activities. Eligible partners include federally recognized Indian Tribes, State and local units of government, producer associations, farmer cooperatives, institutions of higher education, or nongovernmental organizations (NGO) with a history of working cooperatively with producers.
