Common use of Eligible Primary Delivery Points Clause in Contracts

Eligible Primary Delivery Points. The Negotiated Rates shall apply to service provided to Shipper to the Primary Delivery Points specified in Exhibit A of the Firm Transportation Service Agreement or to any other Delivery Points in except for the same zone asTariff Rate MDQ. Any amendment of the identified Primary Delivery Points,Point(s) and/or its MDDO shall be subject to available capacity for and agreement between ROVER and Shipper on the rate that shall be applicable to service provided to Shipper to such other delivery pointamended Primary Delivery Point(s).

Any amendment of the identified Primary Delivery Points,Point(s) and/or its MDDO shall be subject to available capacity for July 26, 2011, and agreement between ROVER and Shipper on the rate that shall be applicable to service provided to Shipper to such other delivery pointamended any Primary Delivery Point(s)Point under the Transportation Agreement, as amended from time to time, that is on the Pipeline.
