Eligible Property. Abatement may be extended to the value of buildings, structures, fixed machinery and equipment, site improvements plus that office space and related fixed improvements necessary to the operation and administration of the facility.
Eligible Property. The Loan Parties shall not permit any Financed Property that was financed hereunder as an Eligible Property to fail to qualify as an Eligible Property; provided that an Eligible Property may become a Disqualified Property if such Property becomes a Reserved Property.
Eligible Property. Each Financed Property is either (i) an Eligible Property or (ii) a Disqualified Property that is a Reserved Property, as applicable.
Eligible Property. A property which meets all of the following conditions:
1. The property is a site or portion of a site from or at which there has been a release of oil or hazardous materials;
2. The property is owned by an eligible person, as that term is defined in G.L. Chapter 21E, Section 2;
3. The property is located in the one of the following zoning districts as defined by the 1985 Woburn Municipal Code, as amended, and as it is amended from time to time:
a. B-N, Neighborhood Business District, b. B-H, Highway Business District, c. B-D, Downtown Business District, d. B-I, Interstate Business District, e. I-P, Industrial Park District,
f. IP-2, Industrial Park Two District, g. I-G, General Industrial District,
h. S-1, Mixed Use District, i. O-P, Office Park District, j. XX-00, Xxxxxxxxxx 00 Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, and
Eligible Property. It is acknowledged and agreed by Grantor that the standards and requirements for the Collateral constituting an Eligible Property and being included in calculations of the Borrowing Base are as set forth in the Credit Agreement, and that the Collateral subject hereto may cease to be an Eligible Property and cease to be included in calculating the Borrowing Base if the Collateral is not in compliance with such eligibility requirements, notwithstanding that the Collateral may remain subject to this Security Instrument.
Eligible Property. A building located in the State of New York which is (i) an existing Single Family Dwelling, Two Family Dwelling, or Multiple Unit Dwelling (three or four unit dwelling) or

Eligible Property. Any Property owned by a Borrower (or, in the case of an Acquisition Financed Property, to be purchased by a Borrower using proceeds of an Advance) that satisfies each of the Eligibility Requirements.
Eligible Property. Any existing owner-occupied unit, located within Alachua County outside the incorporated limits of the City of Gainesville is eligible for assistance. Manufactured buildings meeting the requirements of Florida Statutes 553 are eligible. Mobile homes that are two years old or less are eligible for assistance. • The maximum property value for existing single-family properties after rehabilitation or construction shall not exceed the value allowed by Alachua County SHIP, currently $250,000 for both replacement and existing homes. • No rental properties may be repaired /rehabilitated or purchased under this program. • Each unit must meet and may exceed the minimum housing code with the exception of emergency repairs.
