Single Family Dwelling. Contractor shall Collect Source Separated Organic 772 Materials from SFD once per week. Collection of Organic Materials, Targeted 773 Recyclable Materials, and Solid Waste from the SFD shall occur on the same Day 774 each week. Contractor shall provide each Customer with one (1) Cart to be used 775 for storage and Collection of Organic Materials. Customers may request additional 776 Organic Materials Carts from Contractor for regular weekly Collection service, and 777 Contractor shall xxxx Customer at Agency-approved Charges specified in Attachment 778 Q. The Contractor shall provide Customers with a ninety-six (96) gallon Cart as 779 specified in Attachment D, unless the Customer requests an alternative Cart size, in 780 which case, the Contractor shall provide an alternative Cart as specified in 781 Attachment D. 782 For SFD Organic Materials Cart Collection, Contractor shall comply with the same 783 Collection provisions specified for Solid Waste Cart Collection pursuant to Sections 784 5.02.A.2, 5.02.A.3, and 5.02.A.4. 785 During the Term, Contractor shall provide, within five (5) Business Days of request 786 by Occupant, Kitchen Pails to new SFD Customers and to SFD Customers whose 787 Kitchen Pail is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed (such replacement shall be 788 limited to one (1) per year per Customer at no additional cost). Residents will be 789 discouraged from placing Kitchen Pail Curbside for Collection and will be instructed 790 to deposit the contents of the Kitchen Pail into the Organic Materials Cart.

Single Family Dwelling. A single family dwelling is defined as a residence designed for or occupied exclusively as a residence for one family; including a vacation home or seasonal dwelling and is located on one parcel.
Single Family Dwelling. Resident acknowledges that the Premises is a single- family dwelling and will be used for residential use with occupancy by one family only. Occupancy by more than one family is prohibited. Immediate relatives (mother, father, sister, brother or grandchild) of Resident or Resident’s spouse are considered occupants of the household and are not social visitors, regardless of the period of stay. All other visitors are social visitors and the duration of their stay is limited as follows: (i) two (2) days for visitors residing within the commuting area of the Installation, and (ii) thirty (30) days for visitors residing outside the commuting area of the Installation. The “commuting area” is defined as within twenty (20) miles or sixty (60) minutes of the Installation, whichever is greater.

Approximately one (1) month prior to distribution of SFD Organic Material Carts, Contractor shall mail a notice to each SFD Customer indicating that the Customer will receive the default Organic Materials Cart size specified in Attachment D, unless the Customer responds to the notice (i.e., by mail, email, phone or website form) and requests an alternate Cart size by selecting the preferred size. Contractor shall Collect Carts Curbside unless the Occupant is provided Special Handling or Backyard Collection Service. In such case, Contractor shall Collect from and return the Carts to the alternative service location (such as the side yard or backyard) specified by the Customer. Contractor shall provide each SFD with a Kitchen Pail at the inception of Collection services. Contractor must submit Kitchen Pail specifications (including material and design specifications, colors, and identification marks) to Agency for Agency’s written approval prior to submitting the order to the manufacturer. During the Term of the Agreement, Contractor shall provide, within five (5) Business Days of request by Occupant, Kitchen Pails to new SFD Customers and to SFD Customers whose Kitchen Pail is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed (such replacement shall be limited to one (1) per year per Customer at no additional cost). Any Dwelling Unit in the Service 466 Area utilizing a Garbage, Recycling or Organics Cart, or any combination of Dwelling Units 467 sharing Garbage Carts, for the accumulation and set out of Solid Waste. 468 1.89 Sharps. Sharps include needles, scalpels, blades, broken medical glass, 469 broken capillary tubes, and ends of dental wires.

Contractor will notify all Residential Customers annually of the Special Handling and Backyard Collection Service options and submit, for approval, a draft notification to Agency thirty (30) days prior to anticipated distribution to Customers. New service recipients shall be notified upon signing up for service of the Special Handling and Backyard Collection Service options. Customers desiring Special Handling Service will be required to submit an application, in a form approved by Agency.
